The Secretary's Interface provides an interface to the Grand Lodge Membership Management System for individual Lodge Secretaries. Using it, the Lodge Secretary can pull up information on any current or former member of his Lodge, and he can submit changes (depending on the laws of his Grand Lodge) for review and approval by the Grand Lodge staff.

Lodge Secretaries can also export information out to a local file on a PC to perform functions such as mail merges, or for local record keeping. Note that the user interface has been specifically designed to work well on low-speed dial-up connections. In a forthcoming version he will also be able to track the payment of member dues and assessments, and charitable work.
