GLMMS is a membership management system designed for use by Masonic organizations. Although designed originally for the Grand Lodges, it is flexible enough to meet the needs of appendant organizations, and can be customized to meet almost any need a Masonic organization might have. It is based on Microsoft technology, and is compatible with versions of Office from 2000 to 2013.

The basic application is based on a Microsoft Access front-end database that contains the forms and reports for membership management, and a Microsoft SQL Server back-end database that stores the actual membership records. An interface is also provided for Lodge Secretaries to view and submit updates using .NET technology.

GLMMS is scalable enough to be deployed in small organizations at minimal cost and can support the largest Masonic organizations at a very modest cost.
